For lunch is the planned "雞肉烤奇米秋裡醬配沙拉 Chicken Chimichurri Salad Poke Bowl". While "奇米秋裡醬 Chimichurri" looks like "香蒜醬 Pesto Sauce", there look the same with the "greenish color" but there are different in that 香蒜醬 Pesto calls on 橄欖油 olive oil to bind together its classic combo of 羅勒 basil, 大蒜 garlic, 帕瑪森起司 parmesan and 佩科里諾起司 pecorino cheeses, and 松子 pine nuts. 奇米秋裡醬 Chimichurri also uses a little oil (either 植物油 vegetable or 橄欖油 olive oil), but, crucially, adds in 白醋 white vinegar to give the sauce its 標誌性的澀味 signature puckery tang. 奇米秋裡醬 Chimichurri, is the sauce of 阿根廷 Argentine origin that typically includes 歐芹 parsley, 牛至 oregano, 大蒜 garlic, and 紅酒醋 red wine vinegar. The 阿根廷人民 people of Argentina, 世界上最好的牛肉的供應商 purveyors of some of the world's best beef, allow little save salt and pepper to come into contact with their steaks. However, chimichurri is the notable exception as the sauce for their steaks!
