The only Happy Hour beer is Guiness Stout, interesting at 8pm tonight there is already Live Band with English, Mandarin, and Cantonese Songs. But not too crowded on a Thursday night.

Thoughts: The owner of this cafe was sharing his coffee business venture experience with 2 customers, the almost an hour conversation was interesting. So, I learned that "Water Quality" is an important element for a Cafe as besides the coffee bean that goes into the coffee machine, water is the next ingredient. Seems that water from the street has to be purified several times to maintain the PH value at 7 (the constant is difficult to sustain). The residual water in the coffee machine is also a factor; dirty water not only result in lesser quality coffee affecting its taste and aroma, but also can cause the machne breakdown and more electricity consumption hence an increase in overhead maintenance! 
Operating a Cafe isn't always an easy sail unless one is wealthy with money to spare for a hobby; most Cafe owners are also Engineers or Professionals who give up their day job for the love and passion for coffee. With competition, and many "engineering" elements to acquire to make a good cuppa, its not always a lucrative business as many would have thought it to be. 
Their speciality may not have been Matcha Latte, but I am having one. No dout that I haven't had good impression on Matcha Latte elsewhere (usually really sweet); but the this Match Latte is mixed with 玄米 Genmai, the light flavors of rice and green tea in a cup of coffee latte leaves a good impression for me to re-visit here again for its other specialities. 
I'd say Constant Gardener Coffee is a place worth visiting as the owner have showed tremendous passion through his conversations about his life in the coffee business!

Thoughts: Breakfast was Malay Nasi Lemak, Lunch was Chinese meal, and I thought an Indian Meal for dinner would be appropriate to end the Wacky day at work.
There are two entrance to Padang Kota Lama's open air food court. One entrance leads one to almost all Indian or maybe some Malay stalls where it doesn't look that clean and lots of ants on some tables (perhaps you won't notice any of it at night). But connecting to another section of the food court are Chinese stalls (where you exit to the other entrance), much cleaner here (I think) but seems only few stalls in business but may it was too early (6pm+).
Gani famous Pasembur is 2018 Penang People's choice award for best street food of the year (that's what its facebook page claims)! My plate did not gave me a good impression, either I chose the wrong stuff or my taste buds went wacko this evening.
