Not just cheaper beer, the Pub Restaurant offers a Full Bar, Wine list as well as a full Food and Beverage Menu.

"Poison Apple Restaurant and Bar" (probably opened somewhere in June 2019), was a new addition as part of the EGG Group (Eight Gourmets Gala) in Bandar Sunway, it is a unique open concept dining experience consisting a number eateries and bars under one roof. That includes Caffeinees (renowned homegrown cafe), Hook & Cook (marketplace - inspired western seafood restaurant), Malt Berry Apes (wine cellar and whisky bar), Queen & Sons or is it "Poison Apple" (a speakeasy and hidden bar), Hakka Crab (Chinese cuisine kitchen), Confessions of Lady Laura (dessert haven) and other restaurants with special dining.
The Speakeasy Bar is just after the entrance to the EGG restaurant, with a Red Round Door with a dwarf entrance like a Hobbit House where inside is the "Poison Apple Pub"; the entrance is probably easily mistaken as just part of the deco of the EGG restaurant. The Pub's interior setting is said to be inspired by the movie Shrek's Poison Apple Tavern. The interior is quite big, you are first greeted with the beautiful bar counter and the "magic potion" wishing well with a beer dispenser and dangling with lots of bright Red Apples. The hologram “paintings” on the wall high above the bar counter was definitely Instagram worthy. Besides high stool seats and tables near the bar counter, there is also a more private space with comfy leather couches for groups. For dining, there is also a section with tables inside a wine cellar-like setting.
Instead of booze, for lunch it is the rm$78 "爱丽丝漫游仙境下午茶 Alice in Wonderland Afternoon Tea Set" which comes with a Pot of Tea as well as an Afternoon Tea Tray. Early birds with be served with the Beauty & the Beast Tea Pot! The 3-tier Tea Tray High Tea set comes with White and Black chocolate plus a cup cake on the top tray. The middle tray is a salad bowl, fried chicken as well as fried oyster mushrooms. Desserts are at the bottom tray with a not too fresh croissant, a few slices of cakes and some mini crust with savory fillings. The fried items in the middle tray were the best, but overall a bit expensive. But don't mind coming here for the cheap beer next time.
"Poison Apple Restaurant and Bar" is located a the ground floor of The Pinnacle Annexe, next to Sunway Resort Hotel and not far from Sunway Pyramids. Valet Parking in front of EGG is rm$15 but there is an open space parking just opposite "The Pinnacle" which charges rm$3 per hour. Cheaper MPSJ parking are also available near the shops area, but maybe challenging to find a parking there.
