Thoughts: The founders of Kenangan Coffee (or Kopi Kenangan) are Edward Tirtanata, James Prananto, and Cynthia Chaerunnisa (also known as Sasha Tanaya) who established this 印尼 Indonesian "即買即走 Grab-and-Go" 咖啡品牌 coffee brand in 2017, with Edward Tirtanata as CEO. It started as a small kiosk aiming to make 人人都能負擔得起的優質咖啡 quality coffee affordable for everyone and has since grown into a major international coffee chain, expanding globally under the Kenangan Coffee brand. Kenangan Coffee 進軍馬來西亞市場 landed in Malaysia in October 2022, with its first store opening in 隆坡陽光廣場 Suria KLCC, as part of its international expansion, using the name "Kenangan Coffee" for its global operation. It has a significant presence in Malaysia, with reports from April 2025 indicating they operated around 98 outlets, and now maybe over 100 outlets. One of its latest outlet is this one in the new Sunway Square Mall in Bandar Sunway.

Thoughts: 一步 IPPO Cafe opened sometime in February or March 2025 serving not just 亞洲米飯料 Asian rice meals, but also 日式照燒雞肉 Japanese Chicken Teriyaki/鮭魚 Salmon or 日式炸雞蓋飯 Karaage Don, even 泰式羅勒雞肉碎飯 Thai style Basil Minced chicken Rice, 各種三明治 a variety of Sandwiches, and some 西式義大利麵 Western choices of Pasta, 雞排 Chicken Chop as well as 炸魚薯條 Fish & Chips. 

The Cafe also have the typical 咖啡菜單 Coffee menu, 糕點 pastries, 蛋糕 cakes, and 自製提拉米蘇 house-made Tiramisu. Coffee should be good choice here for a relaxing with a cozy wood-themed vibe which is perfect for a chill coffee break, interior is minimalist, cozy, quiet, and specious.
