Thoughts: It really has been more than 3 months since I last taught a class at Wisma UOA 2. The Cafeteria at Wisma UOA2 is crowded as usual after the Ramadhan periods. There are at least 2 new hawker stalls, one which is a "Steam" theme (Chinese) hawker where there only sell steam items like steam fish, steam chicken, steam egg, steam vegetables and another one is "Banana Leaf" rice (Indian). So, I am trying the "Steam" theme new hawker stall at UOA 2 today. I ordered the TrippleSteam Egg which is Salted-Egg 咸蛋 + Steam Egg 蒸水蛋 + Thousand-Year-Old-Egg 皮蛋 steamed in a bowl garnished with green onions and fried garlics, really very nice! I also ordered a bowl of assorted steam vegetables which is Carrots + Spinach + Tee-Tree-Mushroom 茶树菇, also really very nice! Each steam bowls costs $2.50, but maybe the steam meats are more expensive.
The brown rice is $1.50 for my plate. Overall, it was a worthwhile generally healthier lunch option.
