Thoughts: This is one of those Hong Kong "Pre-Configured" Mix-Rice 四宝饭 and the four things in this one is salted egg, red sausage, chasiew, and chicken! 四宝饭 or some restaurant even offer 五宝饭 (5 things) is one of my favorites while in Hong Kong for several months back in my 40s! It is very popular menu choice in Hong Kong Island.
I had the 四宝饭 at City University's cafateria, which is just opposite HKPC (Hong Kong Productivity Center). I was given 3.5 hours of lunch time today as students have to be in a meeting from 11am, and so I have until 2:30pm to lunch and visit the University. Too bad I cannot get into the Library. A wonderful lunch experience at one of Hong Kong's important University!
