Thoughts: In this 2nd visit to SS15's "Darel & Ben's", for dinner sampling beer bite and seafood with a beer. The "鹹蛋超人迷你包 Ultraman chicken Bao" comes with 6 mini burger sandwiched with their Signature salted egg butter milk chicken and lettuce, soaked in juicy salted egg butter milk. I'd say definitely a great beer bite pairing. They are 3 choices of filling: the Ultraman (Salted egg buttermilk), Butterful (Buttermilk), and Asamlicious (Spciy), all at rm$12.50 for 6 mini buns. Also available are a dozen other Beer bites including Lala, Fries, Chicken Wings, Nuggets etc.

Darel and Ben (brothers) and 2 young entrepreneurs; with their first Halal food outlet "Black & White" in Summit USJ, and also Summit's "Asam House", both is Summit USJ. In SS15, its Chubby and the latest "Darel & Ben's". The brothers also have collaboration with a Prawn Farm in Bagan Datuk and offers deep freeze Tiger Prawns either for Dine-in or Take-away. Of course, today was also to sample the 7 degree Celcius freezing Tiger Prawn which comes with Thai Style green chili sauce, 12 pieces for rm$25! The Plate is garnished with some coleslaw and lettuce.
Everything ordered today were interesting, and satisfying!
