Thoughts: Arriving at PJ Sunway Mas Commerical Centres around 7am to sample 蝦麺 Har Mee at 禧興茶餐室 Restoran Xi Heng. The stall is an offshoot from the stall/owner's father's prawn mee stall in PJ State's New Town's (somewhere along Jalan Tengah near UOB) 甘香茶室 Restoran Kam Heong. The stalls family recipe of prawn soup claims as 虾面猪油炸汤 prawn plus pork lard soup base. At rm$7, the bowl comes with generous amount of yellow noodle and beehoon (portion is more like "L" size), quite a few thinly sliced lean pork and quite a lot of sliced boiled egg, a few KangKong and the usual sliced prawn meat in a rather "sweet tasting" prawn soup.
