Thoughts: 4-pages of Taiwanese style rice, noodles, soup and snacks. Sampled today was the slightly oily 雪裡红面 Xue Li Hong Mian with home-made noodles, still not bad. The large size 煎水饺 Dumpling was also quite good. I'd come back for the Chef recommended items below next time. In Taiwan, "雪裡红面 Xue Li Hong Mian" comes in a variety of recipes which can be either soup or dry, and meat can be pork, chicken, fish or beef or just vegetarian. The variant served here comes with minced meat with lots of minced 雪菜 Brassica Juncea, soup base was a little too oily but comes with nice springy home-made thick noodles.
Recommended: 招牌牛肉麵 Signature beef noodle, 臭豆腐 Stinky Tofu
