My choice for dinner is Moroccan cuisine called Chorizo Combo; Chorizo is a European style of Pork sausage, reported to be since the Roman times. There are many variants of Chorizo; here the Moroccan version offers the cut chorizo graced with tomato-like sauce with an egg, served with a slice of bread (baguette). The Combo also comes with Chicken Tajine (or Tagine), a classic Moroccan dish. On the side is Harissa (a Maghrebi hot chili pepper paste)! A interesting an a very filling meal.
