Thoughts: Dessert shops are everywhere in Hong Kong and usually the famous one's are crowded and long queue just have a bowl of dessert! Typical prices are usually above HKD$40 or more. The menus are very presentable and some of these shops have their signature desserts which are usually sold out or you have to wait for the next serving when its ready.
One of the quite un-usual phenomenon in such an international city like Hong Kong is that most of their street shops do not offer Wifi services! Maybe the shop owners expect turn-around time to the tables to be short and Wifi if offered is something that invites people to stay a little longer especially tourist who did not have a local sim-card!
