沙巴斗亚兰面 Sabah Tuaran Mee $5.50
Review: "Sabah Tuaran Mee" 斗亚兰面, it did mention that it is Sabahan's favorite noodle. Tuaran Mee originated from Tuaran Town which is East Sabah. Tuaran Mee is usually fried and serve with Chun Kien slice 客家春卷 (Sabah Hakka Spring roll), Char siu and Vegetable (from Google), and yes for that's what my plate looks like with the 客家春卷, Char Siu, and Vege. Plus it is very "eggy" after taste, anyway the noodle is home made all-egg noodle (自制手工全蛋面) from the stall's banner.
