Thoughts: I think it must have been at least 4 months if not more that I last visited the Cosway/Genting hawker stalls at Jalan Raja Chulan. The "Kawan Kawan" Yong Tao Foo here still sells at $0.90 for both the Chee Cheong Fun and Yong Tao Foo, that is exactly why it still retain many customers.
As usual, the curry is always a little oily here, but somehow it goes well with the sweet sauce on the CCF & YTF! Arrived here at 6:30am, and the Kawan-Kawan young boss already open for business (usually is 7:00am), having see him for more than 3 months; So, it is nice to see a familiar face and try out some familiar food and familiar restaurants and hawker stalls.
TehC (small) is still selling at $1.30, the Malay Lady who makes the better TehC already resigned and now it is now managed by an Indian Lady. It is good to be early before dawn, to finish breakfast and watching people coming in for their breakfast, slowly filling up the row of tables here at Genting hawkers.
