Thoughts: Opened in June 2022, the neighborhood cafe has been in USJ16 for 3 years ago; from a single page menu, it has matured into a full fledged Cafe with Coffee, Tea, Cakes, and Bakes plus a good selection of Western menu choices.

Trying out their new rm$16 "酪梨吐司 Smashed Avocado Toast" with 酪梨醬 Guacamole spread on lightly toasted 酸麵包 sourdough bread which is topped with a 水煮蛋 poached egg, and garnished with 櫻桃番茄 cherry tomatoes, 柑橘 citrus, 羊乳酪 feta cheese, 香醋 balsamic, and 檸檬角 lemon wedge. Still, best combine with Americano or their single origin Coffee beans.
For lunch also tried the Cafe's 3 year anniversary promotion rm$10.80 "蝦濃湯 Prawn Bisque". Prawn bisque is a creamy, flavorful 法式湯 French soup made primarily from 鮮蝦 prawns (or shrimp). The key to its rich taste is using the prawn shells and 蝦頭 prawn heads to 熬出濃鬱的湯汁 create a flavorful stock, which is then simmered, blended, and strained to achieve a smooth, velvety texture. Often, the soup is finished with a touch of cream and other garnishes. It should go well with 一片蒜香烤法國麵包 a good piece of garlic toasted French bread, 一杯好白酒 a nice white wine!
16° Coffee & Grocer's rm$12 "蘋果派 Apple Pie" is a balanced tart and sweet flavors with a flaky crust and a filling that is tender but not mushy, perhaps one of the best in town!
