Thoughts: There are definitely quite a lot of choices here at the PJ Section 17's night food street (also called "Wai Sek Kai"). Unless you are lucky, findly parking around the shop lot area near the "Wai Sek Kai" is virtually impossible; so you have to make do at any available slots nearer to the residential housing surrouding the shop lots!
They are maybe 20-30 hawkers here, chinese, indian, and mamak stalls (non-halal) and reasonable prices; choices including noodles, rice, roti canai, street food, desserts, etc in a open area with roof top and lots of seating area (almost all packed with hungry people)!
The place is brightly lighted, just next to the "Seventeen Mall" (seems almost completed now). Unlike in Hong Kong, "糖水 Tong Shui" shops here in Klang Valley are hard to come by, but this one called "洪记糖水" is definitely one worth a try with maybe over 20 varieties. Here, a bowl of "Tong Shui" is around rm$3+ and it is self service (get an empty bowl and choose what you like), pay for it and find a table; I tried the "嘜粥 Mak Choke" with "汤圆 Rice Dumpling", it is very nice!
My dinner was Chasiew Wan Ton Mee with Sui Kao at rm$6 and not too bad as well. And one more hawker stall worth a try is the Char Koay stall which offers the usual Char Koay but the Pandan version "班兰馅煎饼" at rm$1.20/pc was tasty.
PJ Section 17's "Wai Sek Kai" (night Food Street) is definitely a street food destination worth going.
